Prophets In Transition University
Prophetic Mentorship
Prophetic Mentorship
At PIT University, every student moves through a tiered pathway that measures growth in accuracy, integrity, and impact—not just seat time. Tiers are earned by completing coursework, submitting AARs (After-Action Reviews), receiving mentor sign-offs, and demonstrating fruit in real ministry.
Tiered Mentorship Roles
Alumni Mentors – graduates who return to walk with new cohorts.
Faculty Mentors – seasoned prophets who help shape discernment and ethics.
Peer Mentors – advanced students paired with earlier-year students.
Mentorship Touchpoints
Monthly One-on-Ones → prayer, feedback, accountability.
Group Huddles → mentors lead small prophetic labs (dream interpretation, prayer watches, discernment circles).
Observation & Shadowing → students accompany mentors during ministry assignments, prayer walks, or conferences.
This creates a multi-layered net of accountability and growth.
